The Ecesis® Preventive Maintenance Software Solution is used to manage equipment-specific information and automatically track preventative maintenance tasks and/or work orders based on internal and manufacturer recommendations. Users may also track real-time equipment hours, associated equipment safety procedures to work orders, and manage vendors and contractors.
Asset Management - Easily manage equipment-related data such as:
- Equipment type, make, model, serial number
- Maintenance requirements
- Location history
- Warranty information
- Responsible personnel and manufacturer/vendor contact information
Work Order Management - Automatically recurring work orders may be created based on calendar days or equipment run time. One-time work orders may also be triggered based on inspection results or equipment breakdowns.
Maintenance Schedules - Quickly generate equipment and department-specific maintenance schedules.
Equipment Hour Tracking - Remote sensor data may be automatically uploaded for real-time tracking of equipment hours and conditions. Alternatively, this data may be manually entered using our Mobile Maintenance App.
Document Management - Upload and maintain equipment manuals and safety procedures and automatically include them with work orders.
